COURSE INFORMATION

The course is focused on the new accreditation to get KA1 grant. Thanks to this online course, You will learn everything about the funding available at Erasmus + Projects, acquiring concrete skills related to the design and manage a SUCCESSFUL ACCREDITATION, the key words to write the form and manage the project once approved. Non-native English trainers expecting participants to have at least B1 level of English proficiency. However, the online course will be taught in French, German and Spanish from different but all of them expert native trainers.

It exists a standard indicative programme. However, the course can be personalized during the session depending on participants needs and professional profiles. Please find below the standard indicative programme:

DAY 1 – ACCREDITATION: THEORY, QUESTIONS AND WORKSHOP. GENERAL TRAINING.

4 hours.

• PART 1: INTRODUCTION -1 hour-.

- Step by step: how to create a successful Erasmus + proposal.
- Life Cycle of European Projects, from the beginning to the end of a project. Roles, tasks and responsibilities in managing your E+ Project.
 

• PART 2: ACCREDITATION -2 hours-.

- How to get the new KA1 certification: Needs - Priorities - Objectives - Activities - Impact - Dissemination - Sustainability.
- Europe 2021-2027 Possibilities of Funding. Strategies, Objectives and Priorities. Key points.
- Criteria of projects assesment: Relevance, Quality proposal, Impact and Dissemination. Outcomes. Management and quality standards. Must have and timing project.
- Criteria and Stage of Funding: Extra bonus points to get the Accreditation.
 

• PART 3: QUESTIONS -1 hour-

- Discussing group ideas proposed by groups to achieve Europan Objectives. Brainstorming and team building.
- Workshop to create and manage your own accreditation.

DAY 2 – ASSESSING YOUR ACCREDITATION. INDIVIDUAL TRAINING -2 hours-.

IT's not possible to register on DAY TWO if you haven't attend the training on DAY ONE.

- Additional and individual training session tailored to specific needs and focused on your personal Accreditation.
- This session has a different cost for your School and it's optional for you if you would like to receive a feedback from your trainer about your School Accreditation.

MAY 2022 SESSION:
- DAY ONE: from 9th to 12th May -Each day it will be in a different language: English, Spanish, French and German-.

- DAY TWO during June 2022 - You'll be in touch with the trainer to arrange your perfect and personal date.

SEPTEMBER 2022 SESSION:
- DAY ONE: from 5th to 8th September -Each day it will be in a different language: English, Spanish, French and German-.

- DAY TWO during the end of September and the beginnig of 2022 - You'll be in touch with the trainer to arrange your perfect and personal date.

COSTS:

The cost of the DAY ONE includes part 1, part 2 and part 3 is 150€. This amount includes course fee, personal support and time for the majority of questions and doubts about certification.

The cost of the DAY TWO is 120€ includes personal time for each school and a personal feedback for the School Accreditation.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

ACCREDITATION online course covers all the needs of the project cycle from developing the idea, finding the right partners, design a successful project, assesting during all the process –not only at the end– to managing properly and reporting it. In detail, the concrete goals of the course are:
-    To improve the quality and the accessibility of a KA1 Accreditation project in order to foster European integration and excellence in education.
-    To empower and to train teachers, education staff and those interested in developing European learning projects to successfully access and manage European funds.
-    To share experiences of international colaboration and projects from different organizations in order to be more effective in your proposal.

Thanks to this course the participants will:
-    Writte, assess and manage propperly their own accreditation project.
-    Improve their practical skills related to the management of the idea and application process.
-  Know everything about preparation and management of the financial budgeting and contractual aspects.
-    Learn how they should impact and disseminate the results of the proposal.
-    Evaluate the results of their project and move the school towards sustainability in innovative education and international collaboration.

By the end of the course, each participant should be able to:
-    Pass from the idea of a project to write a good proposal.
-  Create a great project focused in 2021-2027 European priorities and full of imaginative activities.
-    Avoid mistakes in writing projects and financial reporting.
-    Apply before deadline a suceed proposal considering assesment criteria.
-    Manage effectively a KA1 European funded project.
