PMS ERASMUS PLUS (PMSE+)

TERMS AND ENROLMENT CONDITIONS:
 

• Cancellations and Reimbursements of Course. Cancellations must be communicated via Mail.

- If participants cancel at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the course(s), PMS ERASMUS + will refund the entire amount, minus 20% of the course fee.

- If participants cancel less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, PMS ERASMUS + will retain the entire amount and the participants will be allowed to join another course/session in the following 12 months.

- Once course(s) have begun PMS ERASMUS + shall retain the entire amount paid.
 

• Other Cancellations and Reimbursements:

- Absence from lessons for personal reasons, early departure and late arrivals are no reasons for making up lessons or reimbursements. If the absence is not duly communicated the lesson will not be rescheduled.

- No reimbursement is allowed for earlier departures. A late arrival does not justify a later departure. The school caters for all special requests, but cannot guarantee their availability.

- In case of events outside of participant’s and course provider’s control (such as natural disasters or serious transport disruption) that affect the personal safety and make necessary the cancellation of the course, the participant will receive a full reimbursement of the course fees.
 

• Course Schedule:

In case the course does not reach the minimum number of students, the school management can modify the course schedule.
 

• Certificate of attendance:

In order to receive a certificate of attendance for a course, it is necessary to participate in at least 80% of the classes, unless otherwise specified.

Insurance:
Students are held responsible for any damage caused to the school facilities. PMS ERASMUS + denies any responsibility for loss of property inside its premises. We strongly recommend buying insurance against theft, loss of property, injuries or diseases.
 

• Acceptance of the Regulations:

Once students have registered they accept the conditions of the school.
